Exactly what does "responsibility" mean?  Who should take responsibility ...and why?  In Shakespeare's Tragedy of Macbeth, readers are introduced to an honorable warrior whose life takes a dismal turn. Is Macbeth's hamartia at fault?  Does the blame lie at the feet of Lady Macbeth?  ...or should the three witches who introduce Macbeth to his possible future shoulder the burden of guilt?  Please share your insights!
